Gibsons Orinoco driver

"I have written a new driver for Lucent/Cabletron and some PrismII IEEE802.11 wireless cards, designed to replace wvlan_cs. It cleans up some ugliness in that driver. It's over here, and has also been included in Linux 2.4.3.
